Our sessions are a safe, supportive space where we gently explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck. I combine therapeutic tools with coaching strategies to help you understand the why beneath your struggles and offer practical tools to help you move forward.

We go at your pace, but with intention. Each session includes reflection, nervous system regulation, and concrete steps so you’re not just gaining insight, but creating real momentum.

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more grounded, clear, and hopeful—confident that change is not only possible, but already happening.

I bring a blend of lived experience, professional training, and heart-centered guidance to this work. My approach goes beyond talk therapy. I integrate inner child healing, nervous system regulation, and practical tools that support real change in daily life.

As a mother and someone who’s walked through my own healing, I understand the emotional weight of trying to break cycles while still showing up for others. This isn’t just theory, it’s personal, embodied, and deeply intentional.

Clients often tell me they feel both seen and equipped after our work together, not just more aware, but more empowered to lead the life they want.

I currently offer sessions on both weekdays and weekends to accommodate different schedules. I understand how busy life can get (especially for parents) so I do my best to find a time that works for you.

Once you book or reach out, we’ll coordinate a schedule that feels manageable and consistent for your needs.

You’ll receive a written evaluation and action plan within 24 hours after your first session. This includes a summary of what we explored, initial impressions, and a clear outline of the goals and strategies we’ll focus on together.

Each plan is personalized and evolves as our work deepens, but you’ll always leave sessions with a sense of direction and tools to begin applying right away.

This depends on the nature and depth of what we’re working through. For more surface-level concerns—like parenting strategies or communication challenges—clients often begin to notice small but meaningful shifts within a week or two. For deeper, long-standing issues tied to trauma, self-worth, or emotional regulation, the process is more layered and can take longer to unfold.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Progress depends on many factors, including your goals, level of engagement, and how consistently we meet. That said, many clients begin to experience increased awareness, emotional relief, or behavioral change within the first month.

The more you engage in the work, the more lasting and transformative the results tend to be.

Once your purchase is complete, I’ll personally reach out to schedule your first session at a time that works for you. Then, you’ll review and sign a short agreement to make sure we’re aligned on expectations.

From there, we’ll begin our weekly sessions and start moving toward the changes you’re ready for, together.
